The ritual book was first published in 1625. The second part, which has an independent title page, contains the decisions of the 1611 Nagyszombat Synod.
Richly gilt, slightly worn, contemporary leather. The front and back plates are surrounded by a gilt frame made of lace-like ornaments and straight lines, which are decorated on the inside by the impressions of blind tools showing floral ornaments. The inner rectangular field is surrounded by the same lines as the outer frame decoration, and they are connected by the imprints of single blind-stamps with gilt floral ornamentation starting from the corners. Inner edges gilt and gauffered.
